Ubun-2 X Backyard Bonfire

The event begins at 4 pm

Vendors run from 4:30-6:30/7 pm

Throughout this vendor period, persons can partake in giant Jenga and the build-it competition or the interactive art piece that will open at the beginning of the event and end half an hour before the event ends.

Presentation of Proceeds to the willow foundation.

At 7:30/8 pm the bonfire discussion begins where we have open discussions and spaces dedicated to different topics and sharing in the journey and reality of others and ourselves.

Gently guided conversations between patrons, guest speakers, and invited psychologists.

The Pandora’s box aspect of the event is where persons who’ve either sent in anonymous questions prior to the event or someone at the event has a question. We will discuss and answer them.

Discussion of mental support resources.

Healing/release at the end where the exercise, is to write about the less spoken about parts of ourselves, the ugly parts, the awful things that people have said, and not share it, but burn it in the bonfire, which will be closed off with drumming or no drumming, and then social hour comes on by half 9 if with performances and the event ends at 11 pm
